Terms of Use
Last updated: July 24, 2026
These terms describe the basic rules for using Jerp in Discord servers.
Acceptable use
Do not use Jerp to spam, harass users, evade Discord moderation, run abusive communities, or violate Discord's rules or applicable law.
Administrator responsibility
Server owners and staff are responsible for permissions, configuration, moderation decisions, server rules, and any data they export from Jerp.
Availability and changes
Jerp may change, experience interruptions, or remove unsafe and obsolete features. Important product changes should be documented, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Premium subscriptions
Jerp may offer recurring monthly Server Premium and Account Premium subscriptions. Stripe Checkout shows the selected plan, billing interval, currency, taxes, and final amount before payment is confirmed.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. Active Stripe subscriptions can be managed or canceled from the Jerp dashboard. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless the cancellation flow states otherwise.
Server Premium applies only to the selected Discord server. Account Premium applies to Discord servers currently owned by the purchasing Discord account. Administrator or Manage Server permission alone does not make another person's server eligible.
Payments and refunds
Premium access depends on successful payment and an active entitlement. Access may be limited or removed when a subscription is canceled, expires, remains unpaid, is refunded, is disputed, or was created through abuse or error. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed except where required by law.
No guarantee
Jerp is provided as-is. Administrators should test configuration and permissions before relying on the bot in a live community.
