Jerp stores only the information required to operate the features that server administrators configure and members use.

Information Jerp may store

• Discord server, channel, role, and user IDs
• Server settings and dashboard configuration
• Leveling XP, Level Roles, and leaderboard records
• Moderation, invite tracking, bump reminder, and ticket records
• Temporary dashboard login sessions and authorized server access
• Premium entitlement and verified server-owner records
• Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, billing status, period dates, and webhook event IDs
• Older feedback records from servers that used the removed feedback command

How information is used

Information is used to run Jerp, save server configuration, process bot commands, provide dashboards and leaderboards, prevent abuse, and support administrators.

Payment information

Stripe processes payment details. Jerp does not receive or store full card numbers, card security codes, or online-banking credentials. Jerp stores only the billing identifiers and subscription state needed to grant access, open the billing portal, prevent duplicate webhook processing, and investigate billing problems.

Server data controls

Authorized server administrators can use /data status, /data export, and /data delete to inspect, export, or remove data associated with their server. Some billing, security, backup, dispute, and accounting records may be retained for the period reasonably required to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

Jerp relies on Discord, Stripe, and the hosting, database, authentication, monitoring, and infrastructure providers required to operate the bot, website, and billing flow. Jerp does not sell personal data.
